Yuriy Boykiv

Co-founder and CEO

Yuriy Boykiv was born into poverty in Ukraine, but he’d always dreamed of becoming an entrepreneur. He arrived in the U.S. during the summer of 2001. Due to the events of 9/11, his flight back to Ukraine was delayed. Yuriy enrolled in college and is now the CEO and co-founder of Gravity Media, one of the leading multicultural advertising agencies in America. Prior to founding Gravity Media, Yuriy was the director of international business at DIRECTV, where he drove the growth and business of the WorldDirect platform, consisting of more than 65 international channels in 16 different languages. Yuriy was also the vice president of client services at a New York-based boutique agency, where he oversaw the strategy and management of client campaigns, as well as the agency’s operations and business development. In this role, Yuriy led the campaigns of major clients, including the CIA, Lufthansa, and MoneyGram.

Luba Tolkachyov

Co-founder

Luba Tolkachyov has more than 10 years of marketing experience working for leading global brands, including Caesars Entertainment Corporation, Coca-Cola, Prudential Financial, and Red Bull North America. As the leader of new media development, Luba continues to build Findr Interactive’s expertise in the digital arena with strategic digital media innovations, extensive research into online consumer relations, and a strong understanding of behaviors in the interactive space. Her work has been recognized by Advertising Age, The New York Post, and Forbes. In 2013, she was named one of MO.com’s Top 10 Digital Entrepreneurs. Most recently, Luba broke the mold of mobile applications, specifically ones that intend to engage people face-to-face, when she created CoffeeConnect and Yenta. Both applications have gained strong global audiences and industry recognition, including a Webby Honoree nomination. Luba received a master’s degree in social and cultural psychology from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
