Co-Founder, CEO

Minesh Patel is the Co-Founder, CEO of Edible Haven, LLC, a USDA Supplier of Virgin Coconut Oil. He received his Bachelors Degree in Business Administration at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. By pursuing a strong learn-by-doing philosophy, he Co-Founded Edible Haven with a goal to disrupt the arena of organic goods by creating an eat-a-tablespoon, cook with it, lather-it-on your-face, apply-it-to-your skin, multi-use health product. Through a great deal of travels and networking, Minesh spearheaded multiple marketing campaigns to achieve product placement on national and local television programs such as The Ellen DeGeneres Show, The Doctors, and Good Day LA. You likely won’t ever see Minesh without a smile on his face. He enjoys spending time watching movies, hanging out with friends and family, traveling, biking, swimming, and golfing. He currently resides in San Anselmo, CA with his wife, Alpana, a Registered Nurse who keeps him living, loving, and laughing.

Kevin Wang

Co-Founder

Kevin Wang is the Co-Founder of Edible Haven, LLC. He received his Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in International Business from San Francisco State University. With extensive experience in the import/export industry and over 2 years of experience working at Japan Foods Co (owned by Kikkoman), Kevin brings resource power to Edible Haven. Kevin concurrently works for Lian Hwa Foods USA, a Distributor specializing in-store product placement at Costco Wholesale, 99 Ranch, and supermarkets around the Bay Area. Kevin is one of the happiest and most humble people I’ve met (this is Minesh talking by the way), and he constantly teaches Minesh to strive for more, be better at what he does, and to be persistent. Kevin enjoys time with friends and family, biking, traveling the world, and playing badminton. He currently resides with his family in Belmont, CA, with Tofu and Mosey, his two dogs.
