Founder & President
Otessa Ghadar founded DC-based digital media company 20/20 Productions. As the destination for non-geoblocked, globally available programming, 20/20 focuses on online communication and storytelling. It is also currently planning the 2nd Annual DC Web and Digital Media Festival. This year’s festival will include a summit with world thought leaders in all forms of digital storytelling and technology. As one of the web series medium's earliest adopters, Ghadar is a true forerunner of digital media. Her own web series, "Orange Juice in Bishop's Garden" (OJBG), is the longest continually running show online and is watched in over 145 countries. OJBG is also a three-time Telly Awards Winner, a four-time LA Web Fest Winner, a two-time Webby Awards Official Honoree, among others. Ghadar also recently wrote the industry’s first textbook, The Wild West of Film. This DIY-guide teaches both novices and experts how to create, market and manage in the digital age.
