Zak Kaufman is Co-Founder and CEO of Vera Solutions, a social enterprise using cloud and mobile technology to improve data systems for social-impact organizations worldwide. Zak has 5 years of field experience working across Southern Africa and Latin America and holds an MSc and PhD in Epidemiology from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. He graduated summa cum laude from Dartmouth College and has been honored as a Marshall Scholar, Truman Scholar, All-USA First Academic Team Member, and Forbes 30-Under-30 Social Entrepreneur.

Karti is a Co-Founder of Vera Solutions and has consulted on dozens of Salesforce and Force.com implementations with health, education, and development organizations all over the world. He was previously a financial analyst in the investment banking divisions of Lehman Brothers and Barclays Capital, has several years’ experience running small businesses, and holds a BA in Economics from Amherst College. Karti is beginning an MPA-ID at the Harvard Kennedy School this fall.

Taylor is changing the way development organizations make decisions. He is a 2012 Echoing Green Fellow, a 2012 Dasra Social Entrepreneur and a certified Salesforce Developer. Before co-founding Vera, he lived in Southern Africa while working for a major public-health implementer and consulting on intervention design and training with over a dozen NGOs around the world. He holds a BA in Religious Studies from Amherst College.
