The application fee of $99 is nonrefundable. This fee goes toward the cost of doing a nationwide search, recruiting an Academy of the country's top entrepreneurs, bringing on great partners, and facilitating the judging process.

The full amount is set aside as a deposit to attend the Empact Showcase Recognition Event & Summit should you choose to attend. This event is only open to applicants.
