We were founded in 2009 with a mission to make learning to swim more convenient, effective, safe and consistent - especially since drowning is the second leading cause of death in children under 15. Sunsational Certified Instructors are highly qualified professionals who must pass our intensive screening and interview process, a background check and adhere to our company guidelines. Through our exclusive “Learn to Swim Guarantee,†we strive to instill all students with the confidence and tactics to master life-saving water safety and swimming skills in a fast and effective manner. Our company currently has a network of over 1500 Sunsational Certified Swim Instructors and Lifeguards in 22 Metro Areas Nationwide and are continuously expanding our reach!

Founder & CEO
Sarah Sebe, is the Founder and CEO of Sunsational Swim School, the largest network of qualified swim instructors who provide swim lessons at home pools. Sarah was raised in the Bay Area and has had a passion for entrepreneurship since childhood. In 2007 she received a BA in Economics from CU Boulder and then moved to Southern California where she dabbled in various industries. Since she has a passion for working with children and swimming she decided it would be fun to teach lessons at home pools. Soon after, parent’s were telling all of their friends about the convenience and effectiveness of swim lessons at their own pool and she had an overload of clients. She decided to hire more swim instructors and eventually began to expand into new areas. Today, Sunsational has a network of over 1500 swim instructors who service 22 metro areas nationwide!
