The leader and driving force of Finish Line Shell Repair - an innovative rowing repair shop in the Mid Atlantic Region. Alex is a senior member of Potomac Boat Club in Washington, DC with more than 14 years of rowing and coaching experience. After he graduated college, Alex started the first ever South Jersey competitive rowing summer camp for junior athletes. The program helped more than 40 athletes in the New Jersey region gain exposure to top college programs in the country. Some of the top performers of the club went on to achieve rowing success at the national level and earned scholarships at top programs. After 6 years of coaching in the DC region he started Finish Line Shell Repair with long time friend and rower, Dan Reardon and his father Sandy DelSordo.
