At Under30Experiences, our mission is to make travel more fun, stress-free, and accessible to young people. We believe our generation needs to see the world to understand it. We’re not a travel company; we’re an experience company. We dive into local cultures, tell stories over fires on the beach, and salsa dance into the early morning hours — all with people you will call friends by the last day. Under30Experiences is for ambitious young people who want to experience the world and really attempt to understand other cultures through travel. Adventurers get a pure taste of the culture because we love locals and hate tours. (But we wouldn’t bring you anywhere we wouldn’t want to be!)

Matt Wilson

As the co-founder of Under30CEO.com, an online media property reaching up to 500K unique monthly readers, Matt recognized that there was more to life than sitting behind a computer. Standing on a glacier in Iceland, Matt knew that thousands of other young people needed to get the experience he had just had. He knew it was time to give others the opportunity to travel and make an impact. Matt went on to spend the next two years scouting locations abroad and exploring the world. His official title at the travel company, Under30Experiences, is Adventurer-in-Residence; he designs and leads trips to Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Iceland, Alaska, Machu Picchu, Bali, and Belize.

Jared O’Toole graduated Ithaca College with a finance degree and — like so many other business majors — quickly realized that corporate life was not for him. Instead, he became passionate about entrepreneurship, branding, and learning how companies could leverage new media tools online. Jared has helped Under30Media get featured on The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, and Yahoo Finance. Now, he works tirelessly to help people stop doing sh*t they hate.
